Innovation, technology, and LED sources are the strong points of Artemide lighting products presented at I Saloni World Wide, Moscow 2014, which also included a preview of new office solutions based on the latest technological lighting developments.

Highlights included the new Algoritmo suspension, designed by Carlotta de Bevilacqua, – total dark light UGR 19 – with an innovative 38mm wide edge (refractive optical units), and Algoritmo floor, featuring a reflective optical unit that sheds a perfectly cropped light on the work plane.

Another highly innovative product presented in Moscow was the Grafa suspension lamp – designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte – an ultra-thin appliance creating a perfectly uniformed vision and spotless light distribution control.

I Saloni World Wide, Moscow 2014 is an ideal platform for showcasing Artemide’s ongoing commitment towards product development, well represented through the introduction of new LED technologies, new colour combinations, and new dimensions. New products introduced at I Saloni included the SMD version, as part of the PAD 80 family; LED wall lights (Rea, Cuma, Talo, and Microsurf); Tagora in its new finishes; a whole expanded Pirce family, and the Tolomeo in a new Mega LED Black version and Nur LED.

The display windows located in front of the large Artemide stand show iconic products such as Callimaco, Fato Gold and Alfa from the Masters’ Pieces collection; the Empatia family, a perfect combination of made-in-Italy innovation and tradition; Tizio, Tolomeo, Ilio, and Demetra – cutting edge products turned into timeless design pieces through constant updates. All these lighting solutions are designed to meet all day-to-day lighting requirements.

The new glass product families Meteorite – by Pio & Tito Toso – and Laguna – by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez – both featuring high design contents, combine ancient blown-glass tradition with great technological innovation, and integrate the broad range of products offered by Artemide.

Artemide participated in I Saloni World Wide Moscow to display the high technological and electronic qualities of its range of products, with a particular focus on brand new energy-saving lights, and on a wide range of lights aimed to both the residential and professional sector.
